General

• This is a social event and we welcome players of all skill levels. Please be respectful to all fellow volleyballers, on court and off court.
• We aim to have 6 players per team and 7 teams in total.
• All players must register individually for this event; group or team registrations are not available.
• New players and beginners are encouraged to register for the skills training session (subject to player number and coach availibility).
• Resources to improve your game and skills.

Cost and Payment

• $18 for Freezone members, $27.50 for non-members and FREE for first timer!
• Invoices will be emailed to players on the same day as the event.
• NO PAY, NO PLAY policy: We no longer accept cash payment. Please pay online by card prior to attending, or tap with your card/phone upon arrival. Players who failed to do so may be denied court access.
• You may save your card detail for future sessions to avoid outstanding payment.

RSVP Update

• It is important that you update your RSVP as soon as possible if you become unavailable to attend, so the spot can be made available to other players. Click here to log in to your account and go to 'Events > my events' to update your RSVP.
• If you didn't login when registering, or you are not currently a member, you will not be able to update your RSVP online. Please still inform us via one of the following:

  2. Email Zach at treasurer@freezonevolleyball.club
  3. Reply to the confirmation email.
  4. Contact us via Facebook or Instagram.
• Failure to update your RSVP (No-show) may:
  1. Affect other players' ability to participate;
  2. Affect your future registration;
  3. Require payment of your outstanding invoice;
  4. Not be able to claim a refund.
• Please also let us know if you will be arriving late on the day, so we can organise teams accordingly.

Social Sunday format (subject to change)

• 15:00 to 15:45 Nets setup & warm up (peppering, spiking, serving, as well as beinnger skills training at court 3).
• 15:45 to 15:50 Welcome, Administration & Team orginazation.
• 15:50 to 18:00 Social games on all courts.  
• 18:00 Nets down
