Membership

To register/renew/add club/upgrade, you can follow the instruction provided by VNSW at the bottom of this page. But before you start, there are two important things you need to know:

First of all, are you a returning member or a new member?

1. If you are a current/past member of FZ or any other VNSW affiliation, then you fall into the category of "RETURNING MEMBER"
   • In other words, you are someone who already has an account, active or inactive, in revSPORT. 
   • Current FZ member: player who paid for FZ membership 2025 - 2026
   • For all other returning members, past FZ members or members of any ofther VNSW affiliation, as a sign of appreciation, we offer to cover the last three months of membership year 2025 - 2026. This means you only need to register for FZ membership 2026 - 2027.
2. If this is your first time ever to join a VNSW affiliation, then you fall into the category of "NEW MEMBER"

Secondly, what is the correct membership fee for you? As mentioned before, there are two membership fees you will have to pay should you wish to join FZ:

1. FZ membership:
   • FZ membership - $60.00/year
   • Membership benefits.
   • Note that FZ membership fee is quarterly prorated depending on the date of your registration. For example, if you registered between 1 October and 31 December, then you only pay for 9 months: 

     Full year (12MTH) 1 July - 30 June $60.00	9 Months (9MTH) 1 Oct - 30 June $45.00
     6 Months (6MTH) 1 Jan - 30 June $30.00	3 Months (3MTH)* 1 April - 30 June $15.00

   • *Please note that while our membership is proated, you will have to register for both membership years if you choose to become a member in the last quarter of FZ membership. For example, if you choose to register during 1 April - 30 June 2026, then by defaut, you are agree to join FZ 2025-2026 (3MTH) and 2026-2027 (12MTH). 
2. VNSW adult membership 2026 - 2027:
   • Full membership - $144.00/year (For player who plays SVL, PVL, NSW BVT & Open etc.)
     • Because most of our FZ members only need recreational membership, to avoid members choosing this membership type accidentally, it is set to be hidden.
     • If you know or think you need NSW Full membership, please get in touch with us, we will help you to sort it out. 
   • Recreational adult indoor membership - $68.00/year (Most of our FZ members belong to this membership type)
   • Recreational adult beach membership - $52.00/year (For players play beach only)
   • *Currently Inactive* Adult End Of Season Membership - $44.00 from January, $33.00 from February, and $22.00 from March
     • Only for someone who renews or registers after 1 January 2026 and before the rollover at the end of March 2026
     • This is the replacement for both Full & Recreational membership.
   • Other membership types: one day membership, technical membership, non-playing membership
   • If you already have a VNSW membership and you are just adding Freezone to your club, then you won't have to pay VNSW membership again. But please make sure you choose the highest VNSW membership type you currently hold.

   • VNSW membership refund:
     • Change‑of‑mind refunds may be considered within a limited period where a membership has not been meaningfully used. Once a membership has been used for its intended purpose — including participation in competitions, events, or programs — refunds may not be available. Refund eligibility and conditions vary depending on the membership type and level of participation.
